Welcome to the Solutions IT website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of solutionsit.com.au (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Solutions IT. The Site is part of how we promote and support our information technology business. 

By visiting the Site, you agree to these Terms. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please do not continue using the Site.

These materials are protected by Australian copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. 

You are welcome to view and read the Site for personal or business research. Beyond that, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Brief quotation with attribution, as permitted by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), is fine. 

Use of the Site

When you use the Site, you agree that you will not: 

  • Attempt to gain access to systems, accounts, or data that you are not authorised to access 
  • Disrupt the Site’s operation, overload our servers, or interfere with other users 
  • Run scrapers, bots, or crawlers in a way that goes beyond ordinary browsing

Pricing, product details, and service descriptions on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. A binding offer only arises when we provide a formal quote or proposal.

Certain rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Nothing in these Terms is intended to do so, and where such rights apply, our liability is limited to whatever the law specifies — which, for services, typically means re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Solutions IT and our directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and related entities against any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or incurred as a result of: 

  • Your use of the Site 
  • Your breach of these Terms 
  • Your breach of any law or any third party’s rights in connection with your use of the Site 

This indemnity does not apply to the extent the loss results from our own negligence or wilful misconduct, or where the law prohibits indemnities of this kind.

The Site may include links to websites and resources operated by other organisations. We provide those links as a convenience and they are not endorsements. We have no control over the content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices of external sites, and we accept no responsibility for them. If you choose to follow a link, you do so under that site’s terms, not ours. 

Privacy

Personal information collected through the Site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which is published on the Site and which forms part of these Terms. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia where applicable. You and Solutions IT submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site. 

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision is to be treated as severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Terms will continue to operate as if the severed part had never been included. 

Variation

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in the law, in our services, or in how we operate the Site. The current version is always the one published on the Site, and the effective date is shown at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we will draw attention to them through a notice on the Site or, where appropriate, by email. 

Your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
